DTS6012M

DTS6012M is a fully-integrated single-channel dToF rangefinder compact module, integrating self-developed high-sensitivity infrared-enhanced SPAD sensors with ranges up to 20m. Adopting fully integrated SPAD chip solution, histogram statistical algorithm and fast TDC architecture, it achieves high accuracy ranging with 12m@100KLux sunlight resistance and reflectivity correction.
DTS6012M integrated power supply module, using 3.3V single power supply, built-in temperature compensation function. Supporting I2C and UART interfaces, it is easy to integrate and use, and features a compact and reliable optical package with small size and light weight, making it an excellent choice for micro-small dToF applications.
