This list is guided by Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce) and Shenzhen Newspaper Group, and co-sponsored by Shenzhen Industry Leaders Enterprise Development Promotion Association and Shenzhen Business News/Yangchuang. The "Future Industry Leaders Top 50 List" was formed after 6 months of research and screening, and is summarized according to two indicators: enterprise valuation and revenue. As one of the very few companies in China to realize the breakthrough of SPAD technology, PolarisIC has been focusing on the R&D and production of core technologies such as SPAD IP, 3D stacking technology, back-illuminated technology, advanced IC integration, etc., and has reached the leading level in the industry.

The company has built an intelligent sensing product ecosystem based on self-developed high-performance SPAD, with two product directions: dToF depth sensing and PCI micro-optical imaging, and a full line of dToF product lines from single-point to face-array, and from proximity to remote, as well as PCI product lines covering line array to face array. These innovative products have been widely used and recognized in markets such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, security monitoring, intelligent industry, precision medical care, and smart home.

Since its establishment in 2021, PolarisIC has completed the research and development of several products such as DTS5018, DTS6007M, PCL7150, etc. along with the breakthroughs in core technologies, and has begun to import or mass production deliveries to its headline customers in a number of segments, such as sweepers, industrial sensors, AGVs, and so on.

In the future, PolarisIC plans to launch more cost-effective single-point dToF chips and modules, 8×8 small-aspect dToF chips, large-aspect dToF chips and modules, large-aspect PCI and other products to help more application areas.
