Next-gen dToF SiP micro module
DTS6005

DTS6005 is a single-channel dToF (direct Time-of-Flight) micro-module that integrates a high-performance dToF SoC developed by PolarisIC together with a VCSEL emitter. It suits both close-range high-precision applications and long-range requirements. The module embeds a histogram algorithm, offering a degree of ambient-light immunity and enabling calibration for contamination and reflectivity, while also supporting cover-glass crosstalk calibration.

DTS6005 uses a 940 nm laser that meets Class-1 eye-safety standards. Communication is handled through an I²C interface, making integration and operation straightforward.
