PolarisIC Secures Series A+ Funding of RMB 100 Million, Scaling Up Mass Production
2026-07-09

Shenzhen PolarisIC Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PolarisIC") recently announced the successful completion of its Series A+ financing round of RMB 100 million. The round was led by Zhongqing Henghui Fund, with participation from Langxingtu Investment and existing shareholders Optics Valley Sci-Tech Innovation Investment and Ruijiang Investment.

Currently, PolarisIC continues to drive innovation across its two core product lines: dToF LiDAR and PCI low-light imaging. For its dToF products targeting smart displays, robotics, smart home, and smart industrial applications, the Company has launched multiple chip and module products and achieved mass production, with market share ranking among the top in China across several niche segments. In the near future, the Company will introduce a number of upgraded products to further expand into smartphones, intelligent robotics, and other applications, building a comprehensive dToF application ecosystem with a rich product portfolio. Concurrently, PolarisIC will soon launch the industry's first domestic SPAD image sensor with over 3 million pixels, designed primarily for smart security and specialized equipment applications. The product is already commercialization-ready and is currently being accelerated into customer adoption.

The funds from this financing round will be primarily allocated to mass production delivery, core technology development, and product iteration, driving continuous expansion of dToF product delivery scale and accelerating the commercialization of PCI products. Going forward, PolarisIC will continue to implement its dual‑driven strategy of "2D+3D" SPAD technology, empowering the physical AI era with spatial perception and imaging technologies.
